Did you know even though they may be the same species, the pieces can vary greatly in appearance. Walnut burl is most often used for pieces that will show off the remarkable grain and patterns. This is why we chose this wood for our latest humidor, not only because of the beauty of the wood, also appearance and the strength of this wood.
