Shipping is done with CanadaPost.

All small air packages mailed will come with a tracking number (within Canada only items shipped to the USA and Worldwide are shipped air mail with no tracking information). Insurance is included for ALL orders up to $100. Over $100 insurance requirements are at the buyers expense if you wish to have additional insurance, please let us know.

We guarantee your item will be shipped with in 48hrs after payment is received although we try to mail out items in 24 hrs. We ship daily on Monday through Friday. Payments received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.

Once orders are received, your order it will be processed and shipped. Once shipped you will receive tracking details for your order.

Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item, our customer service department will help you through the process. Cigar Star insures all shipments, therefore if you receive a damaged item we will promptly correct the problem.  Advise us of the issue and we will get right to work submitting a claim and getting a new Cigar Star accessories item shipped out to replace the damaged one.

20% re-stocking fee will be required for items being returned without just cause. i.e No longer want the item or changed mind. Return shipping is not offered for these reasons.
