Please contact us first if you feel you need to return an item, our customer service department will help you through the process. Cigar Star insures all shipments during shipping, therefore if you receive a damaged item we will promptly correct the problem. Just advise us of the issue and we will immediately get to work submitting the claim and getting a new Cigar Star accessory item shipped out to replace the damaged one. Requests for return because of size or shape will be accepted, although it will be the buyer responsibility to return the item and refund will be for the item only less shipping charges, Because all sizes are listed in the description of the items being offered. Refunds are issued once items have been returned.
Defective humidors that are returned and found not to be defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the return / used humidor.
Warranty is clearly marked in the item description. All refunds on Cigar Star cigar accessories will be credited back to you on the original card used or reimbursed via payment method used to purchase the item. All returned cigar accessories including cigar humidors must be sent back in the original box with all associated accessories or will be subject to a discounted refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cigar Star Cutters have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE: Our cutters are guaranteed for as long as you own them. If it should ever break or not function as expected, simply return it and we will replace or exchange it for a cutter of equal or greater value. If your cutter has brass screws they may need to be tightened from time to time over your life time. Thus the screws are not included in our LIFETIME GUARANTEE Please just include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your item and it will be replaced free of charge. These cutters should only be used for cutting your cigars, the LIFETIME GUARANTEE will only be honoured if the cutter has only been used as intended.
